What is the expo?
All competitors and spectators have access to the expo area on the day. The expo area is located in a high foot traffic area adjacent to the registration area right between the start and finish areas, cafe, cloak room and amenities.
The expo area operates between 6:00am and 1:00pm on event day. Stall holders must remain set up during these times as there is no vehicle access to set up / pack down during this time period as the road to the island is utilised as part of the course.
We are currently taking applications for stall holders for the 2020 event and have a number of places available.
There are two options of sizes. [3m x 3m] or [6m x 3m] stalls (BYO Marquee and tables). Both covered and uncovered locations are available, as well as some powered locations.
We love working with Western Sydney businesses, of all types, particularly in the heath and wellbeing space as well as local attractions to get your business or club in front of our audience on the day.
From clothing and footwear to local experiences, face painting and children's activities to massage and physiotherapy, gyms to fitness equipment, running clubs to social groups, demonstrators to physical activities, we're open to all ideas.
