DISTANCES

SUNDAY 28TH JUNE, 2020

The Western Sydney Marathon is a one day event that features five race distances catering to all ages and abilities.

A picturesque fast and flat course that has participants tracking around the competition lake, and the surrounds of the Sydney International Regatta Centre, one of the venues used in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. The Blue Mountains provides a spectacular backdrop as you head for the finish line.

Gates will open at 6am with the cut off time / course closing at 1pm.

WESTERN SYDNEY MARATHON

42.1km - 7:00am Start

For the serious runner. You will run both inside and outside the venue on your way to glory!

Can you clock a PB on our fast, flat course?

Minimum age to enter is 16.

HALF MARATHON

21.1km - 7:30am Start

Ready to step it up from the shorter distances and take on our half?

You will run both inside and outside the venue on this traffic free course.

Minimum age to enter is 16.

WESTERN SYDNEY 10

10km - Start time TBA

Part of the RunNSW Greater Bank Series.

Two laps around the competition lake will make up the course for this popular race distance.

Minimum age to enter is 12.

5K FAMILY FUN RUN

5km - Start time TBA

Round up the family for one lap running or just walking around the picturesque Regatta Centre competition lake. There are no age restrictions on this one, and prams are also permitted in this event.

No minimum age. Children under 5 are free entry, however all participants must be registered.

2K YOUTH DASH

2km - Start time TBA

The younger ones don't miss out. A special 2km course has been designed that lets them experience the same run home through the finish chute that everyone else does. Ages 6 - 15 only.
